It is a 3 step life transformation program over 8 weeks . In the first phase I will guide you to set up a foundation for the lifelong journey for plant based eating. You will transform your mind by discovering why you want to change and your readiness to change. This foundation is very important as it is why most people fail to change from “dieting” to a lifestyle. After building this foundation, we will start to remove processed foods from our eating and learn why and how they negatively impact your body. During this phase we will learn the important parts of reading labels.
In the second phase, you will learn how to meal plan, what foods to avoid and/or limit, and why. We will go deeper into removing animal products from your meals and learn how to put healthy, tasty and nutritious meals together. Each week will be accompanied by worksheets.
