Through personalized coaching, my mission is to help women who are overweight prevent and possibly reverse chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.  


I have both medical and personal experience on how changes in our lifestyle can lead to remarkable changes in our health and our ability to fulfill God's will for our lives.


I also help women learn about how spirituality and faith plays a huge role in living a healthy and abundant life.
